    One of the best exercises that you can do to put on more muscle is weight training. I can’t ignore this if I am going to learn you how to gain weight fast. You can do it in a number of techniques, weights that you can move it freely, also you can use machines to apply the weight you want for the exercise or a zero cost weight which is using your body weight.

    I think you need fast results, is that right? If yes so you should not focus too much on machines and bodyweight in your exercises as there results seem to be lower than using free heavy weights.     Machines don’t train the stabilizers of the body as you workout this is why they are not recommended over free weights. They have a limited range for the movements which is enough for the main muscle that can work without the stabilizers.     Did I mean to not work on machines? Not at all, they could used but in the right way. They good to work a certain area without stressing on other muscles.

    Don’t stress on yourself if this is your first time to do weight training, do some bodyweight workouts, use machines and do free weight lifting at the same time. Increase the difficulty of the training gradually.

    Actually you can get the most out of the exercises by training more muscle groups at the same time. Pay more attention on multijoint exercises, this means that you will be training more than 1 muscle group, which of course give better faster results.

    You can also use a muscle building pill, for example extreme no to boost the process, but use them wisely and in the proper dose or you will harm yourself.

    In case you lost energy and feel tired to workout anymore at least do multi-joint movement, these only can give you great results.

    Many people prefer to not use heavy weights, you should use heavy weights during your training. The weight is considered heavy when you can do about ten reps as a maximum.

    Give your muscles time to grow and don’t over-train or you will harm your muscles. Increase protein in diet a little bit to feed your muscles.
